The current Xen release (4.3, released earlier in the summer) had only tech preview support for ARM and IIRC has some ABI incompatibilities with the current stuff. I was intending to wait for Xen 4.4 (next spring) which will have more useful complete support for ARM and a stable ABI (it has effectively solidified in the xen-unstable tree already) before proposing enabling ARM to the Xen package maintainer.
