Without modification it does not automatically power up. You can hovewer solder a short over the start switch "SW-TACT1" so it's always "pressed". If you the CPU is near 100%, the board begins to act unstable. So there are two options, throttle down the CPU or mount a headsink. I have glued an old passive heatsink from a nordbridge with arctic silver adhesive to the CPU.
