The list is available here: http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/developer/machines/ The excito B3 is not listed under that name but then things are usually under some kind of dev name, not the final marketing name, and often several actual devices share a machine ID. If it's not otherwise obvious you could fish the machine ID out of the kernel images you have.
