I know, but thre is also a very big difference in quality. I had ordered
samples from arround 20 manufacturers and only 4 of them fit my needs.
However, they are a litle bitmore expensive...
It is the same between a 08/15 chinese manufacturer and AUO/Samsung like
this. I do not realy look on therice, but the quality. And it is a
difference, whether the TFT/Backlight live 15.000 hours or 50.000 Hours
like the AUO ones.
Currentl I am designing a TablePC and a PanelPC based on TI/Marvel
Micocontrollers, but the products are not consumer one...
Oh, it is real nice to see a HD-Video on a OMAP3530 (now this pig is
working with 720MHz since the new ARM-Kernel) on a 1280x1024 pixel TFT.
