Judging from hostnames, the three failing builds ran on three different buildds. The last successful build ran on a fourth buildd (netwinder). Interestingly, the recent 1.2.7-3 mips build failed in the same way [1]. After that, two successful builds (-3.1 and -4) have run on the same buildd. If something was done to fix the mips buildd between then 10th and 25th of September this year, there's a chance someone might remember.
