To reinstall Debian from scratch, you can use upslug2 to write the Debian installer image to the NSLU2, and reboot. If you have just screwed up the kernel/initramfs stored in the flash (i.e. you system no longer boots), and you don't want to reinstall from scratch, then use upslug2 to write the image at http://cyrius.com/debian/nslu2/files/sda1-2.6.18.dfsg.1-12.bin to revive the system.
