Starting Samba daemons: nmbd smbd/usr/sbin/smbd: /lib/libpam.so.0: no
version information available (required by /usr/sbin/smbd) .
Right, that means that the existing samba package was built against a very old libpam version that I initially used for bootstrapping. I'm rebuilding the samba package now, that should get rid of it.
I am having the same problem with cron and ftpd: Starting periodic command scheduler: crond/usr/sbin/cron: /lib/libpam.so.0: no version information available (required by /usr/ sbin/cron) Regards, Juanjo -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
