I've had some similar reports from other people. The error suggests
that the installer image needs to be updated, even though I don't know
why. I'll investigate next week unless Gordon beats me to it. (I'm at
conferences this week.)
I did a full installation on my test system last weekend, and I was
not able to reproduce the problem.
