Like an idiot, I had a working Debian kernel on my Slug which I then over-wrote.
I can re-flash with the Linksys flash, which works fine. I can re-flash with the Openslug-2.7beta binary, which works fine. Attempts to use the Masterfile from www.nslu2-linux.org fail - linux-ipx4xx-csr fails currently. Neither debianslug (little endian) , nor openslug will build from scratch. Neither will Debianopenslug - which is big endian. I've had a couple of tips from Martin Michlmayr - but I'm now _entirely_ stuck.
