Try, instead, one of the following:
- Debian's kernel-source, and add on kernel-patch-2.2.xx-netwinder.
- Get sources via CVS from netwinder.org (see the homepage for
more info).
Also, depending on your version of NeTTrom, you will need to make
the target "Image" (as opposed to zImage, vmlinux, or vmlinuz).
