Bug#832646: must chmod +x all parent directories

After upgrading one now gets

   Forbidden

   You don't have permission to access / on this server.
   Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

   Apache/2.4.23 (Debian) Server at transgender-taiwan.org Port 80

so one must do
$ chmod +x any parent directories
This didn't use to be the case.
Just want to let you know.
