gives this warning:
[date/time here] [warn] The Alias directive in
/etc/apache2/conf.d/bugconfig.conf at line 3 will probably never match because
it overlaps an earlier Alias.
but it works correctly, so the bug is in the test for the warning. Morevover,
there is no Alias there.
