Is this intentional and if so does anybody why?

The apache-ssl package in stable (1.3.33-6sarge1) was compiled with
client certificate exports enabled. This feature appears to have been
disabled in the package in unstable (1.3.34-2) which means the
SSLExportClientCertificates directive is not recocgnised in my httpd.conf.
