Edit script Xsetup on /etc/kde4/kdm.Add follow line on Xsetup "xrandr --output DVI-0 --mode 1280x1024 ". Create phantom user kdm on gnome(this is tested maybe posible another desktop) and add command " /usr/bin/gnome-session-save --kill --silent" to autostart program on kdm user.This it.Works!
