        Is there any messages in `dmesg`, kernel logs? Probably
something like:
Losing some ticks... checking if CPU frequency changed.
or
time.c: Lost 4 timer tick(s)! rip 
or
psmouse.c: Mouse at isa0060/serio1/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 2 
bytes away.
        What kernel version and chipset do you use?
