There's plenty of inaccurate information on that page and the linked SONET page. AFAIK, only OC-3, 12, 48, 192, 768 etc are used. The other numbers (256, 384, 1536) are made up, though they could exist in theory. The SONET page lists other junk like OC-9, 12, 24, 96. OC-n is not n * 51.8 MBit/sec; OC-n is actually (n/3) * 155.52, because OC-3 is the base rate. OC-1 is the odd one out. The SONET page fails to explain this. This is quite off-topic for this list.
