Eventually pure64 will no longer exist, before that time pure64 should become a link to debian-pure64. The howto used to read pure64, but has since been corrected to read debian-pure64. I believe packages that are still sid hit pure64 before they hit debian-pure64 (I could be wrong about this). Either way, eventually everyone should be running debian-pure64 as that is the official source.
