I did take a shot at it. But after some hacking and gdbing, I gave in because of lack of time. The code in lineakd is sverely broken, and it is a miracle that it works on i386.
Sounds bad.
The errors is mostly when reading the config-file(s). In functions where stripping spaces and control chars are done, there are lots of bugs.
Would it help to remove the spaces in the config files?
I will try further when my time-schedule permits it...
