I have problems with my MSI K8D Master 3 and consider to buy this Tyan too because I have already two Opteron 240 and 8 x 1 GByte of memory. It is only 220 € in Germany.
Don't mix up the K8W Thunder and the K8W Tiger. The latter only has 4 memory slots...
