If ~/tdsr/tdsr is added to the end of ~/.profile tdsr can start more quickly 
with a slightly altered startup sequence.
In this one get to launcher alt+shift+l then find terminal and search+space on 
terminal then find penguin and search+space on penguin then hit enter once.
The tdsr screen reader should come up in about 12 seconds and be ready to use.
This is something you won't find in the readme.md file in the tdsr 
subdirectory but cuts out lots of unnecessary wait time.
