A while ago I wrote to this list about frobtads. Now it's time to write again. The package got updated to at least version 3 and I downloaded the package and built it on my chromebook under debian bookworm. So far as I can tell with limited testing the package works correctly. to build the package download dependencies first. cmake libncurses-dev ncurl4-gnutls-dev Next git clone https://github.com/realnc/frobtads. Finally reaad frobtads/doc/INSTALLATION for the necessary install instructions. This makes tads games accessible to those of us who cannot use gargoyle in orca which I believe is everyone using a screen reader. The orca users can run frob in a terminal. On this computer xterm-256color is the terminal type and the application and game still runs.
