Hello John,

In fact it's about to create a customized Debian by the preseeding.

Thus to do this, it is necessary to type 'i' (for 'Install').

I'm trying to make a distro with the preseed method from a Debian

Because of visual disability I would like the successive dialog boxes
(preseeded) would be vocalized, like the last  GRUB item named "Install
with speech synthesis".

Are you saying that this menu item is not working for you, when you

press enter on it or use the 's' shortcut?

This menu can not be preseeded, you need to click on the menu item or
use the corresponding shorcut.
Alternatively, you could make the desired option the default.

Particularly, it seems to me it would be required to input our WIFI datas.

You can certainly preseed that step.

Despite the fact that I have passed the option "speakup.synth=soft" in
my /isolinux/txt.cfg, there is nothing sound.

Assuming that your sound card is supported by the Debian Installer,
using the 's' shortcut or 'speakup.synf=soft', as kernel boot parameter,
  should have the D-I "speak"!
Note that, those two methods are analogus.

In other words, if pressing 's' offers you no sound at the language
selection prompt, this is likely a missing driver that should first be
addressed.

Is it  possible to enable this, and then how to do ?

Not sure what you want to enable as this is built-in.

Wondering if the debian-boot mailing list would not be a better fit.
