Sorry for my late reply.
I just reinstalled on the laptop, and the issue is just before scanning
network.. So i think it was when scanning installation media, but i dont
know the exact reason.

That's most probably just because the 9 is printed at the end of a line,
and the 0 at the beginning of the next line. That needs to be fixed
within speakup itself, apparently.
