Installing non-free speech synths

Hello,

Where can I find info about installing non-free synthesizers, such as Eloquence 
and Vocalizer?
The wiki doesn’t say anything about it, and I can’t find any info in e.g. 
/usr/share/doc/speech-dispatcher-voxin.
