Unfortunately, I don't have a Debian system here with which to check. On my Arch Linux machine, the following files are in /lib/systemd/system:
brltty-device@.service brltty.path brltty@.path brltty@.service There are no BRLTTY-related symlinks in /etc/systemd/system at all.
