No, I would not delete all of those logs. Some of them may have valuable information in them you'll need later. Do man logrotate and read up on the -f option. Before and after using logrotate run: df -h / This way you get information on what logrotate -f saved you in disk space. It's good to get logrotate configured correctly and make sure it's running in chron so you don't have a repeating situation at least from log files.
