Vlad, I've had this problem several times. It seems nearly always to happen with version XX.X.0 - the first version of the latest release.
Here the net install of the 10.3 with firmware, see if that works. https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/archive/10.3.0+nonfree/amd64/bt-bd/ Just my experience, I always take the last of the previous release, I got Buster (present Stable) when it came out and I couldn't get sound or WiFi with it.
