I myself think including an orriginal message in a reply basicly wastes time, as 
we already heard an orriginal the first time. From experimenting, a better way 
would be formatting as if you were reading a play with speakers identified 
back-and-forth. Especially in Usenet, they accesively quote, so there are 
setting in Pine to ignore quoting.
