If anyone has editing privileges for the accessibility debian page,

Adding a line about Speakup User's Guide and what's contained in it, would
really help people.  I've been looking for a long time for
http://linux-speakup.org/spkguide.txt to find the shortcuts.

I tried to use search engine but special knowledge like this is very
difficult to find.
