I tried, Sir. Downloaded the file from https://packages.debian.org/buster/i386/libttspico-utils/download
The pico2wave package is within the data.tar.xz file (inside the /./usr/bin/ directory) of the .deb package . I renamed the older file as *ori and copied the current file to the usr/bin/ directory. But the new version pico2wav binary doesn't work. Will inform the list subscribers if any breakthrough is found. Regards, Rajib A FOSS enthusiast
