Yes if you write a speech-dispatcher generic module for txt2pho and mbrola
and add it to speechd.conf
Note that there already exists an espeak-mbrola-generic.conf file using
the generic module, to do this.
Yes but it doesn't use txt2pho which produces better german phonemes
compared with espeak. Unfortunately it supports only german and is not
OS.
Unfortunately debian soesn't ship the de2 voice.
