What do you mean by "not work"? Do you mean that it does not start automatically? That's expected, see the wiki page about this: https://wiki.debian.org/accessibility#XFCE You can for instance drop the OnlyShowIn line in /etc/xdg/autostart/orca-autostart.desktop Samuel
