Hello, I'm not sure if this is the propper place to document this issue, but this relates to the currently daily build of the netinst immages posted on cdimage.debian.org. I was able to install the core of the Stretch system using the image, and everything worked fine as far as getting Speakup launched. However, when I rebooted into the new system, I just got a beep from the system. No speech, nothing. Since I'm nt obviously not able to see what's printed to the console, I'm not sure exactly what is going on here. If this makes any difference, this installation was done within a VM under Vmware Workstation. If this is anything I can do to help with this process, please don't hesistate to e-mail me off-list.
