Also, "are all metting rooms accessible?" You don't want to have to schedule meetings according to whom will attend, because you don't want to make people with disabilities have to know in advance what they want to attend. For blind people, "are some of the guest rooms situated such that a blind person can reach the meeting rooms etc. alone?". Outside dinners etc. aren't really a concern, it's completely ok to need a guide, but being able to switch from one's room, the meeting & hacking rooms etc. alone is very valuable for the daily moves. Also, "are directions understandable by a non-local person?".
