Hi, The group is now created. You can join it when you like, from your alioth account, asking for joining the group. This group will gather all the people interested in speech synthetiser and tts question. When Peter is member, I'll chgrp the package festival, speechd-up and speech-tools to this new group. I'll try to see if espeak is interested too.
Before forwarding the packages, I wait also for having more info about something I don't understand: tts.alioth.debian.org says "forbidden". So I'm not sure everything is perfect. Lastly, be aware that this project is named tts, has a svn repo and a tts-project mailing list. Let me know any reaction. And don't hesitate to send this announce to any interested people in tts question.
