the latest xulrunner and iceweasel packages break lots of packages that rely
on Mozilla's Javascript interpreter. 

Mozilla, apparently, aren't interested in the embedding of their code in other
projects. I would suggest that edbrowse ought to be looking for an alternative
Javascript interpreter.
