Voxin 0.19 cannot be used

Hello everyone,

I installed [1]Voxin 0.19 on my Lenny System. If I choose the IBM voice 
output in the orca settings afterwards, I cannot hear anything. The 
language does not work.

Can you help me? I wouldn’t know where to look for the error.
