Did you check whether the NIC module (mac8390) got loaded? I don't see any sign of that in the console log. You can find out by running 'lsmod'. You should also check whether that module is present on the initrd. The initrd contents can be listed with 'zstd -dc < initrd-6.1.0-4-m68k | cpio -t'.
