At least three or four times in the last month. I've tried individual email too. As I'm rarely on IRC, I haven't tried that and don't know when I'll get the chance again (someone may feel free to pick this up and run with it). I'm inclined to escalate this issue to the DPL only because he seems interested and we can say we did our best to resolve the issue. While he can't tell people what to do, he can have one of us given the privs necessary to make the updates ourselves (as we should probably anyway).
