Good, that's what I thought. I'm working on building etch-m68k and sid cd images. If you can wait a bit, then those should be able to accomodate you. If you want to roll your own in the meantime <http://wiki.debian.org/DebianInstaller> has a section called "Creating CD images and CD/DVD related stuff."
