since 2.6.22-1-mac doesn't have a /dev/adbmouse busmouse i changed
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4 to:
Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice"
Option "Protocol" "ImPS/2"
xfree/startx now shows a non-flashing underline cursor, which turns
blue and hangs the system.
reboot and reload 2.2.25-mac ...
