Maybe the boot loader overlaps with the loaded kernel image after it's
been uncompressed? Does amiboot handle this differently from ataboot?
(IIRC ataboot stores the uncompressed kernel image anywhere, and moves it
to phys. 0x0 just before jumping to kernel code)
