It was released at the same time as etch with whatever we had in testing. There's some version skew which we'll need to cleanup at some point, I suppose. As far as building the archive, we were caught up for quite a while before the release. We're in a bit of trouble right at the moment, but we're starting to get it back. Gnome and KDE all at once with the normal dep-wait mess. We'll need to figure out how to manage this release too.
