After your mail, there were many, many users accessing that page. Unfortunately 2 more users are still missing. Wouter had setup a wiki page on http://wiki.debian.org/m68kEtchReleaseRecertification where some stuff still need more information. Comparing to http://release.debian.org/etch_arch_qualify.html shows that m68k need to fulfill more requirements. There need to sign 4 more developers, there is a glibc upstream missing and the installer needs some work, too. So, if anyone can help with these issues, please act now and add the missing parts to the wiki page!
