I know, do you have a patch? The linux-mac68k hackers are not working on the 2.4 series, they are concentrating on 2.6 instead. If you want to test 2.6 (2.6 has never booted on my Q840AV, but I did not test for a while), you can grab an image from: http://people.debian.org/~cts/debian-m68k/kernel-image/ No, the 2.4.27 mac kernel-image probably does not work either. That's why the debian installer is using 2.2.25 for mac. The 2.4 kernel-images are just there to encourage mac users to work on some patches, or maybe they magically work on somebodys box... Christian
