If possible I want to avoid compiling the kernel. So I am looking for any 2.4 kernel image (like the kernel-image-2.4.24 example you mentioned) for the M68K, which I can put on the VME 167 card and reboot it. Is there any URL from where I could download the kernel ?

Or compile your own kernel from the sources in Linux/m68k CVS: http://linux-m68k-cvs.ubb.ca/ Gr{oetje, eeting}s, Geert -- Geert Uytterhoeven -- There's lots of Linux beyond ia32 -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] In personal conversations with technical people, I call myself a hacker.
