I have an Amiga 4000 with a Warpengine Turbocard. On the SCSI-Port are 2 IBM DCAS 3430 and a Teac CD-R56S connectet. I`m running Debian 2.2rev7 with Kernel 2.2.10.
Everytime when i use a CD-writing tool (cdrecord or cdrdao) the driver shows Messages like this: cdrecord -scanbus Cdrecord 1.8 (m68k-unknown-linux-gnu) Copyright (C) 1995-2000 Jörg Schilling Using libscg version 'schily-0.1' scsibus0: 0,0,0 0) 'IBM ' 'DCAS-34330 ' 'S65A' Disk 0,1,0 1) 'IBM ' 'DCAS-34330W ' 'S65A' Disk 0,2,0 2) * 0,3,0 3) * scsi0 : datain+dataout for command Mode Sense (10) 00 3f 00 00 00 00 00 08 00 53c7xx: Non-aligned buffer with datain && dataout scsi0 : datain+dataout for command Mode Sense (10) 00 2a 00 00 00 00 00 02 00 53c7xx: Non-aligned buffer with datain && dataout scsi0 : datain+dataout for command Mode Sense (10) 00 2a 00 00 00 00 00 26 00 53c7xx: Non-aligned buffer with datain && dataout scsi0 : datain+dataout for command Mode Sense (10) 00 2a 00 00 00 00 00 26 00 53c7xx: Non-aligned buffer with datain && dataout 0,4,0 4) 'TEAC ' 'CD-R56S ' '1.0P' Removable CD-ROM 0,5,0 5) * 0,6,0 6) * 0,7,0 7) * As a CD-ROM drive the CD-R56S works fine. What this Messages mean??? A simulated CD-copy with cdrdao tells me that the copy is not usable. Thanks... Volker
