DebConf Team Travel Budgets

Hello all DebConf Teams

We have some budget allocated for DebConf Team (and invited speaker) 
travel:

expenses:travel:invited-speakers   1,400 USD
expenses:travel:team:dc26          2,000 USD
expenses:travel:team:dc27          4,000 USD
expenses:travel:team:debconf-ctte  6,500 USD
expenses:travel:team:registration  5,500 USD
expenses:travel:team:video         6,500 USD

But, so far, I only know about some DebConf Committee members who have 
requested to have their travel covered. The bursary team is starting to 
evaluate bursaries, but we don't want them to waste time evaluating 
anybody who is going to be covered under one of these budget lines.

So, Content Team, Committee, Registration Team, Video Team, DC26 Local 
Team, and DC27 Local Team. Please determine who you are wanting to cover 
under your team travel budgets, and send me the usernames.

I'll get these people moved to the correct budget, and save the bursary 
team from unnecessary review.

If you need to adjust the budget, please contact Emmanuel Arias 
<eam...@debian.org>, he has probably already asked you for this 
information.
