Just to let you know, the first batch has been rolled out. Sadly, we couldn't accommodate as many people as I'd have liked within the budget so I am going to ask for an extension from the DPL later this week and roll out the 2nd and the final batch. > FWIW, for transparency and visibility, I've decided to do live updates > on what I am doing on #debconf-team as I process this.
