Hi!
Due to new circumstances[1], the Umeå, Sweden bid is redirecting it's
efforts to focus to bid for hosting debconf in 2022.
Technically, we could still do it, but it'd be half-assed, and I
personally think that there are other offers on the board that's better
than whining things in the last minute up here.
1) Umeå University has recently informed us that ACC will have to change
rooms, including the computer room. This will finish during 2020, but it
is occupying pretty much all available planning capacity and
communications bandwidth with the university administration up until
(probably) this summer.
